When Love Wins at Mae’s Ridge

Meet our beautiful brides, Mrs. Tasha and Kristin Corradini! Our planner, Stacy, worked with them last year to host their wedding on October 24th of 2021. Although this military couple was, individually, very different, the two meshed really well together. These brides were a great combination and you can totally tell that they really love each other through all of these photos captured by Yours Truly Media. Note: Kristin is the bride with curly hair and Tasha is the one with longer hair!

A highly important aspect to them was finding the right venue. They chose Mae’s Ridge since it perfectly matched their boho-inspired theme! Just look at these photos - it gives the most beautiful inside and outside backdrops.

To prepare for the day, both Tasha and Kristin got their makeup by Lux Beauty & Bridal and stepped into their dresses. Tasha got her dress from Galia Lahav while Kristin bought hers from Lovely Bride. Once they were ready, they both went to do their first look with each of their bridal parties, who went ballistic when they saw each stunning bride standing before them! After that, the two brides got to have a quick first look with each other, captured on photo and video by Yours Truly Media.

One wild, yet adorable element of their wedding day was the chaos of getting the dogs there before the ceremony. Prior to the day-of, Tasha kept telling Kristin there was no way they could bring the dogs to the wedding, it would be a bad idea, etc... Turns out she had a secret plan all along! After several unforeseen mishaps and solutions, the dogs at last arrived to give Kristin a sweet surprise. Tasha and Kristin view these pups as their two babies, so it was incredibly special to get the 4 together just before the ceremony.

A huge part of creating their boho theme was getting the floral decor from The Flower Girl. Just look at these amazing shots of their flowers all over the place!

At last, it was time for the ceremony to begin. The wedding party was all serenaded in by Taylor Rae Music, with the two brides coming in last. Tasha walked down the aisle, followed by Kristin, and they finished up their ceremony saying their “I Do”’s.

Right after the ceremony, it was time to get some golden hour couple shots as reception was getting set up by Austin Catering. All it took was some linens from Premiere Events, and plenty of stationery decor by Scripted Ever After, and the space was transformed into a bright boho reception space.

To start the reception, the DJ from Dapper Sounds Entertainment announced in, for the first time, “Tasha and Kristin Corradini”! They jumped into their first dance, followed by cake cutting and cute mini cupcakes served from Sweet Treets.

Tasha and Kristin, as well as their guests, took plenty of pictures in the Photo Booth brought by The Photo Bus. It was a really pretty and groovy vibe in there, since they had rented a Volkswagen van for the booth!

To end the night, they were sent-off with sparklers to their fancy limo from AAA Limousine. These two were such a sweet couple, and we are forever thankful to them for letting us be a part of this special matrimony. Just another day that love wins!
