Main Character Energy: Zoe and Ryans Big Day

Zoe and Ryan’s big day at 800 Congress was a vibrant celebration filled with fun, bold colors, heartfelt moments, and a bit of that “girly pop” aesthetic! With Haley from Eclipse Event Co.’s at the helm, the day went off without a hitch, beginning with the bride and bridesmaids glamorously getting ready at the Hyatt Centric. LoLa Beauty brought the bridal vision to life with hair and makeup that perfectly matched the bright pink and orange aesthetic seen in both the florals and the bridesmaid dresses.

At the venue, the team transformed the space with a fun, eclectic layout. Brighter Side Event Lighting brought in disco balls and festoons, while Premiere Events provided chic black chairs and BBJ La Tavola linens to pull together the day’s modern, festive look.

The head table was a showstopper! It was a vibrant blend of elegance and whimsy. Jo.An Floral’s bold arrangements in hot pink, orange, yellow, and lavender, mixed with pampas grass and delicate dried blooms, brought energy to the room. Tall glass candle holders added a romantic glow, while scattered citrus fruits on the table added a playful touch to the modern setup. Clean white linens and sleek glassware completed the look, creating a stylishly fun, unforgettable scene.

As guests arrived, Sweet Magnolia’s bartenders greeted them with flutes of champagne garnished with edible flowers. For the ceremony, DJ Ryan played a lovely acoustic version of "You’re My Best Friend" as Zoe walked down the aisle. After a sweet, memorable ceremony, Zoe and Ryan exited to There She Goes, heading off for some private portraits.

Diana Ascarrunz Photography captured every special moment, from family photos to Zoe and Ryan’s first dance to Our House by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.

When it was time to eat, guests enjoyed a buffet of Tex-Mex favorites, including fajitas, enchiladas, and all the fixings, catered by Chuy’s. And, of course, no wedding is complete without a party! DJ Ryan with Green Line Talent kept everyone on the dance floor well into the night, spinning the bride and groom’s favorite tunes.

The night ended with a sparkler send-off, with Zoe and Ryan hopping into an Austin Pedicab for their getaway under the stars. It was a day as lively, vibrant, and unforgettable as the couple themselves
