Shannon + Wade: Cool and Simple Couple Marry on Lake Travis

Shannon and Wade were some of the coolest clients we have had. They were very much into music, comedy, and we're just an overall thrill to work with. They held their Austin Texas wedding at Vintage Villas, an established venue overlooking Lake Travis this past March.

It was very important to Shannon that her mother be very involved, because she and Wade were planning from Los Angeles. Shannon had her own funky style and wanted to incorporate that into the Decour. She provided Claudia with Kitsch Syling, some craft papers and fabric that she sourced from California, and Claudia put together some handmade fans, Fabric tassels, and bunting to decorate the space. Claudia was also responsible for the gorgeous floral, and everything was tied together with the spring colors that Shannon wanted to emphasize.

Shannon even had a nod to her music background by having a K-Pop silhouette make an appearance in her bouquet!

Everything was kept very simple and cool, very much in line with Shannon and Wade's personalities. They each only had one bridesmaid and groomsmen, and they are a good friend officiated the wedding.

Kelly with Layered Expressions provided the sweetest dessert table, with cupcakes, wedding cake, cookies, and all kinds of custom desserts for the couple. Le Photobooth captured the quirky personalities of the guests, and The Mill Photography Studio really provided the couple with some unforgettable wedding photos!

DJ Neesha kept everyone dancing all night long, we even had to turn on the lights at the end because no one wanted to go home!

All in all it was a fun and relaxed evening, called off with a traditional bubble send off!
